Zero Beauty — Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp.

Please note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Duration

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders 

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment on the courier’s official website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, and contact number) are correct to avoid delivery issues.
In case of a refused or unclaimed parcel, future COD orders may require prepayment.

Prepaid Orders

You may also choose to pay securely via credit/debit card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Zero Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Courier delays or strikes

  • Weather disruptions or natural disasters

  • Public holidays or lockdowns

We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any delay.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us immediately at

We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates!
