Zero Beauty Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and with all tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since you received your parcel, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Our team will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your current item and, once approved, place a new order for your desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
